Join me for a calming and accessible yoga experience along the shore of a peaceful lake in the Arbuckles.
We will begin our experience by getting to know one another and connecting as community. I will lead us in a mindfulness meditation that brings us in harmony with the natural world around us. Next, we will move into a gentle and accessible yoga practice for everyone-beginner to experienced-while connecting to our physical and emotional bodies as we move. Our experience will end with a long
rest, bringing our attention to our breath while our body is supported by Mother Earth.
