Vortex Yoga Hiking In Sedona is a fun and compelling experience which splits the difference evenly between yoga time and hiking time upon the majestic red rocks and vortex's of Sedona.
The type of yoga allows for both beginners and advanced to feel like they fit in just right.
The hiking portion is mild to moderate. Depending on the location we average 1 1/4 mile each way, give or take a 1/4 mile, 20 to 40 minutes each way.

nding on location availability
Start times depended on the weather climate. Sunrise or Sunset during the Summer and the warmest window of the day during the Winter.
Unless it's one big private group, we do a 6 person maximum.
Time goes by rather quickly once you get out there and a portion of the time goes into taking it all in, observing the scenery and plant life, taking photos, chatting, stopping to engage with a meditation, visualization or breathing exercise (perhaps working with crystal or essential oils)
We may even learn how to de-materialize here then re-materialize somewhere else and create miracles (just the normal things)

We can accommodate groups over 6. When combining separate parties we do 6 as a maximum.
Start times depend on climate. It’s best to start early for sunrise during the hot months and Late morning or mid day in winter
