If you want to stay in shape during your vacation or are eager to build the strength needed to do Alaska adventures, this experience is for you! I'm a personal trainer who helps men and women get stronger and move better to do the activities they love.
We'll begin with a 10-minute mobility and posture assessment. I'll point out what's lacking and will give you guidance on how to correct your posture and/or mobility over time. We'll then discuss your health goals to help me customize your work
out.
The workout itself will be one hour in length. My training specialty is mobility and strength using bodyweight, resistance bands, and dumbbells.
We'll end the experience with a healthy lunch on my patio. We'll discuss nutrition and fitness tips while we eat and take in the beautiful view.
